RPA Land, LLC is a privately held real estate development and homebuilding company active throughout Southern California. We acquire, entitle, develop and build residential communities, taking land from raw ground through finished lots and new homes.
Our approach is grounded in decades of hands-on homebuilding experience: disciplined underwriting, a builder's eye for site planning and product, close coordination with municipalities and consultants, and steady execution in the field. We partner with landowners, brokers, capital providers and builders who value a straightforward, experienced counterpart.

Kyle is a real estate development and homebuilding executive with more than 25 years of experience across acquisitions, entitlement, land development, construction and operations. Over his career he has been instrumental in the acquisition, development and construction of more than 15,000 residential units in communities throughout Southern California.
Before founding RPA Land, he held senior leadership positions at D.R. Horton, Toll Brothers and KB Home, and led the Southern California division of Williams Homes as its President.
Kyle holds a California General Contractor license and is a member of the Building Industry Association (BIA).
